Pike County Historian George Fluhr will kick off the Wayne County Historical Society's summer talks

"Plain Speaking" on Friday, July 5, at 5 pm with the story of the Shohola Train Wreck.

The local history talks are scheduled for Fridays in July and August between 5pm and 6pm at the Wayne County Historical Society. All are welcome. The Wayne County Historical Society is located at 810 Main Street in Honesdale, PA. The speakers for week 2 of "Plain Speaking" on July 12 will be Mimi Steffen and Linda Dix Lee.
